Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through https://loromia.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Daily Muse Co., owner of the Loromia brand (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. General Policy Framework

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business model and fulfillment processes, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not strictly comply with this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

  • The item must not fall under the category of non-returnable goods (see Section 5)

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in denial of the return request.

3. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized in advance.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our support team at:

The request must include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be discarded without refund.

4. Refund Conditions

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

The Company reserves sole discretion in determining the condition and eligibility of returned items.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund

Photographic evidence is required for all such claims.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the Company is not liable for lost return shipments.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest fraudulent disputes

  • Provide evidence to financial institutions

  • Suspend or ban accounts associated with abusive behavior
